TAO LIU
Tao Liu graduated from a professional food & beverage school in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and got his senior chef licence in 1998, when he was only 25. After graduating, he immediately started working in hotels in Beijing and Sichuan, learning traditional Sichuan techniques from the masters and became a senior chef. After more than a decade of professional training, he brings to Little Tao an authentic Sichuan cuisine that everyone will fall in love with.
